Cladded roofs have been a popular choice among many business owners operating through the UK. This is a common occurrence with the fixings because they aren’t specially coated with any resin to protect it from oxidation, the process of rusting. When this occurs a roof condition survey may be required to determine the continued life expectancy of the roof and it’s reliable service life.
