For most homes, keeping your roof watertight is a constant battle against the elements, but thankfully a number of technological solutions have arisen to help combat this problem. Building a perfect roof should be the goal of any build project, but using a quick fix can work just as well. Spray on waterproofing solutions have been a growing part of the industry, with roofers relying upon them in order to quickly make a roof and building water tight. They work, essentially by spraying a coating of a hydrophobic chemicals on a surface and then waiting a couple of minutes for it to dry. This quick and painless method of waterproofing is an incredible innovation for a number of reasons, firstly, it allows somebody to do it themselves, for a cheap price and with relatively little experience or training. Secondly, it can be reapplied again and again with very little effort, whereas before you may have had to go through the whole roofing process again.
